Renovations were completed in February 2022.
This apartment has a bedroom, new dining space and kitchen. This is best-suited for couples, small groups of friends or families. There is a double bed, new table, new sofa and new 42inch TV in the bedroom. The dining space is furnished with a new dining table. The new kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, new gas stoves and cookware. And all other necessities are provided, such as washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
There is a Wi-Fi and all the rooms are air-conditioned. Toilet and shower are separated.
The apartment is only a 3 minute walk from JR Nishi-Ogikubo station. A 24/7 supermarket is nearby.
