to choose a property or program on-line. Our staff provides pre-departure guidance,
help with all documentation from visas to school admissions, receive payments
from clients in Dollars, and arrange any customized concierge services required.

The location of apartment is residential area and quite convenient for shopping

Japanese style public houses, bakeries, karaoke places, video rentals, etc. close
by. There are some small museums which are located surrounding these districts.
It is also close to the station, and walking distance is just in 5 minutes. As
a result of this, it is easy to go to the entertainment places in central Tokyo.

thevacance.com
MISSION
TheVacance.com (http://www.thevacance.com)
is the first and only Web Site in Japan which allows Japanese travellers to rent
the best homes, estates, or condominiums in resort towns or holiday destinations
around the world. TheVacance.com was designed for Japanese travellers to travel
with style and allow them to rent overseas vacation rental units with a minimum
of fuss, maximum support, in their own language, with local support services particular
to the Japanese market, and the confidence that each rental unit has been chosen
especially for the needs of a Japanese clientele.
In 2005, 17.4 million Japanese travelled overseas, which accounted for more than
10% of the population. Although this figure includes both business travellers
and overseas long-term residents, TheVacance.com's ultimate target is the frequent
overseas traveller, large families, club/ small groups, and others that would
benefit from staying in a private villa or condominium.
As a result of strong demand from our repeat customers, TheVacance.com (http://www.thevacance.com)
has decided in 2004 to introduce "World Hip Hotels", the leading boutique hotels
from around the world, in addition to our range of rental apartments and villas.
PROGRAM TAILORING
In our Tokyo head office, our trained staff works with clients who do not wish
to choose a property or program on-line. Our staffs provide pre-departure guidance,
help with all documentation from visas to admission to school, receive payments
from clients in Yen, and arrange any customized concierge services required.
LOCAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
TheVacance.com has local staff in 25 major vacation destinations around the world that will introduce
Japanese clients to various services, and which gives our Japanese clients the
confidence to choose a rental property instead of staying at a hotel. From the
time the client arrives at the local airport, our Japanese staff can meet and
greet, arrange transportation to the property, provide the client with keys and
local guidance to shopping, provide cellular phone rental, housekeeping/maid service,
hair and make-up services, baby-sitting, introductions to local Japanese-speaking
doctors, arrange repairs to the property with the property owners when necessary
etc. Without this local support system in place, TheVacance.com market would be highly limited. With this support system in place, the market
is immense.
