Application
Procedure
You can see
our apartments, bus tours (both inner Tokyo tours and surrounding Tokyo tours)
and Shinkansen tours (for Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Mt. Koya, Mt. Fuji, Hiroshima,
etc.) through our site. We have those tours as the package. There are some variations
for the rental. Please choose your preferable apartment first, and then if you
would like to join the tour, please give us the enquiry.
Confirm the vacancy
Please enquire your preferable accommodation and the date which is available
or not by email or telephone.
We will contact you about the availability as soon as we can.
Application procedure

Firstly fill in the application
form as the invoice and the agreement then send them back to us by fax or email. |

Please sign the
agreement, after reading the terms and rules. |
| 3. |
We will charge you the appointed application
fee. We require 50% of the rent as a booking deposit at the time of booking with
the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. If your booking is in a month
from your check in, we will charge you 100 % of the rental deposit. |

When we can confirm your application fee,
we will inform you the detail. |
Payment of the balance
We will charge you the half balance of your rental deposit before a month from
the day of your check in.
Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Japan Apartments:
Cancellations or changes that are made prior to check in date,
* Before 60 days - Refundable minus JPY 2,000,
* Before 30 days - 50% refund,
* Less than 30 days - No refund.
Indonesia Apartments:
If the reservation is cancelled by the LESSEE in writing

40 days prior to the start of the rental
period (50 days prior to the start of the rental period in the high season),
the LESSEE will receive a refund of 2 days’ rental booking deposit, |
| 2. |
after 40 days prior to the start of the rental period (50 days prior to
the start of the rental period in the high season), 15 days prior to the start of the rental period, the LESSEE will receive a refund of 50% of the rental booking deposit, |
| 3. |
less than 14 days prior to the start of
the rental period the LESSEE shall forfeit the rent paid (at discretion of OWNER) unless OWNER can re-lease the property at market rate. |
If through fault or no fault of OWNER Property becomes unavailable anytime
during the rental period, the LESSEE agrees hereby to limit all claims
against OWNER to the amount of the deposit paid
