The automobile service
fees above are for luggage (one piece) that is 120 cm or less in total dimensions
and 20 kg or less weight. The air delivery fees are for luggage that is 100 cm
or less in total dimensions and 10 kg or less in weight (tax included). |

Suitcases, golf bags
and skies will be considered to meet these requirements. |

All other luggage that
does not meet the above requirements will incur an additional charge. |

Hand baggage should
always be locked to avoid trouble. |

We do not handle the
following items : valuables (cash, precious metals, antiques, passports, important
documents etc.), dangerous artiles, easily spoilable foods, incompletely packaged
items and single items worth more than 300,000 yen. |

Claims for damages will be invaild if they are not made within 14 days after you receive the
luggage. |

The departure date is taken as the date of collection, and the arrival date is taken as the
date of delivery. |

The number of days required for collection and delivery may vary during certain times of the
year such as Golden week (late April to early May),the Obon season (mid August) and
the year-end and New year`s holidays (late December to early January). |
