Nakano area of Tokyo! This sophisticated condominium will guarantee you
an exciting but comfortable time in Tokyo. Surrounding the condo
are shopping malls, shopping arcades, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and the
famous Nakano Broadway which is part of Japanese sub-culture. All of these places
are located within only 10 minutes walk from the condominium. You
can easily access all the busy spots of Tokyo but at the same time you will be
surprised at the quietness of the neighborhood as the condo is in a prime residential
area.
The condo includes everything you need -- a kitchen/dining area, bedroom with
two semi-double beds, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and full kitchen. Since
both beds are semi-double (120cm wide) and the condominium is 24 square meters,
it is good for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children for a comfortable stay.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Cancellations or changes that are made,
* 60 days or more prior to arrival - Refundable minus a JPY 2,000 Cancellation
Fee,
* 30 days to 59 days prior to arrival - Forfeits 50% of the entire rental fee,
* Less than 30 days prior to arrival - No refund.
