Welcome to Tokyo, one of the most fascinating city in the world, where people often describe as a ‘City that never sleeps’. The magnificent mixture of traditional and modern elements this city has will entertain you all day and night, but then what will you expect for the base, where you get back to after a long day and get a good rest?
This apartment, located in just 5 minutes stroll distance from JR Nakano station, gives you a smooth access to hundreds of touring sites and attractions (e.g. 4 minutes to Shinjuku). In the meantime, the town offers you a homey feeling and all convenience that you will need as a ‘resident.’ A supermarket, 24 hours open kiosk, wide range of restaurants offering local cuisine such as ‘Yakitori’, ‘Ramen’ and ‘Sushi’, and foreign cuisine from Chinese to Spanish, liquor shop, café and etc. All of these are available within a walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment building is surrounded by such a neat and quiet residential area that it makes you forget being only few minutes away from the city. Each room has been recently renovated and equipped with all the necessities to live. The apartment is furnished with one semi-double sized sofa-bed, dining table, TV, washing machine, air conditioner and free internet access. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven toaster, microwave, gas stove, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutleries. Not in a usual hotel, but in our apartment, you get to choose to cook and enjoy your own meal just like you do so at home.
Once you become a ‘resident’ of this town, you will soon recognize that many shops and restaurants are located along ‘Nakano Sun Mall’, one of the most vigorous shopping arcade existing, leading out from the north exit of the station. On the end of this arcade, you will find a shopping mall called ‘Nakano Sun Plaza’. This is a must-visit spot if you are keen of Japanese Animation and Japanese Subculture. Our apartment is, without a doubt, a unique option to enjoy your precious time in Japan in your own way.

Cancellation and Refund Policy :
Cancellations or changes that are made,
* 60 days or more prior to arrival - Refundable minus a JPY 2,000 Cancellation
Fee,
* 30 days to 59 days prior to arrival - Forfeits 50% of the entire rental fee,
* Less than 30 days prior to arrival - No refund.
